Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Senior Client Executive to join our Public Sector team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our future growth, developing new business across strategic federal portfolios and helping modernise citizen services.

As a Senior Client Executive, you will be acutely customer obsessed. Working in lockstep with your Solutions Engineer, you will cultivate impactful relationships, deeply understand your customers' evolving needs, and leverage NetApp’s industry leadership across our Intelligent Data Infrastructure portfolio, including; Unified Storage, Hybrid Multi- Cloud Data Fabric, Cyber Resilience, AI and Analytics and advanced Automation and Orchestration to help them execute their ultimate vision.

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Strategic Customer Partnerships: owning the business relationship with the customer and ensuring continual focus on strengthening the partnership and gaining an intimate understanding of their business goals and operational challenges.
  • Territory Strategy: define, own, and boldly execute a multi-year territory and account strategy that drives growth in complex federal environments.
  • Team Orchestration: Lead cross-functional teams to work as a unified front, effectively delivering against the customer's business outcomes.
  • Sales Excellence: maintaining strong sales hygiene, pipeline cadence, and intimate understanding of your customers business to provide accurate forecasting
  • Customer Enablement: facilitating continued education to customers and partners to ensure their continual commercial and technical knowledge across NetApp technologies and services.
  • Stakeholder and Channel Management: Lead cross-functional teams to work as a unified front, effectively delivering against the customer's business outcomes.

About You (Skills and Experience)

You will be joining a high-performing, motivated, and tight-knit team that plays a crucial role in the future of the NetApp ANZ business.

To be successful, you should:

  • Hold an active NV1 AGSVA clearance (or higher).
  • Possess a proven track record of successful sales engagement and new business development within the Civilian Public industry.
  • Bring an extensive network and a strong, trusted reputation within federal communities.
  • Possess the technical background and business acumen required to build influential relationships at all levels—from engineering to the C-suite.
  • Be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker with compelling communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Be a collaborative self-starter with a curious, creative mindset and a passion for continually over-achieving quota.
