We manage cutting edge open-source technologies (Apache Cassandra, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch and Cadence) for our customers around the world.

We are seeking a Product Manager, who is passionate about data delivering world-leading products to a highly technical customer base of software developers and operators. The position is in a team that is responsible for the development and maintenance of Instaclustr’s product roadmap. Prioritisation and decision making on feature requests and other development work, identifying, honing and communicating the value proposition for Instaclustr’s offerings and coordinating delivery of new features and products across internal stakeholder teams are tasks a Product Manager would handle.
Job Requirements
Excellent capability to facilitate and manage planning in demanding stakeholder environments
Technical understanding and experience with products such as those offered by Instaclustr (Apache Cassandra, Apache Kafka, OpenSearch, Redis, Cadence and PostgreSQL)
Excellent communication skills
Strong business acumen
Excellent knowledge of the technology market relevant to Instaclustr’s offerings
Right to work in Australia
