Job Summary
Manages, supports and maintains a reliable environment for the site in order to ensure the stability and security of multiple systems/platforms that are run or operated in that environment.
Job Requirements
- Building and supporting a reliable site for the environment in order to meet the development and maintenance requirements of systems/platforms.
- Working with the development/operation team to evaluate the health, stability and reliability of systems/platforms.
- Designing and developing technical tools to debug problems that occur in the deployment of applications, within specific platforms/systems.
- Providing around the clock technical support for systems/platforms upgrades, rollouts and enhancements.
Education
Typically requires no previous professional experience.
