The Opportunity
Netwealth is strengthening its platform product capability and seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Financial Products team (this is not a Digital Product Management role). This permanent role is pivotal in managing existing platform products, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting pricing and commercial analysis during a period of growth and transition.
You’ll work closely with senior product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders across sales, marketing, IT, and risk in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. With a strong pipeline of opportunities, this is a unique chance to shape the future of Netwealth’s platform products.
Key responsibilities include;
Manage and maintain platform products (IDPS, Superannuation, Self-Managed Super Fund solutions).
Review and update Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) and ensure compliance with DDO obligations.
Conduct competitor analysis and pricing comparisons to support commercial decisions.
Analyse large datasets using Excel and Power BI to generate actionable insights.
Cluster and prioritise strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements and uplift processes.
About You
You’re a proactive and resilient product professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring strong technical skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to influence outcomes while managing multiple priorities.
Experienced in superannuation and investments products within the investment platform space - essential (5-7+ years).
Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables); Power BI experience is required to be successful in this role
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as DDO and TMD.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate challenging conversations.
Resilient, curious, and solutions-focused, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
