How we work at Netwealth
You'll be joining a technology organisation undergoing an exciting transformation, built around a simple idea: you build it, you run it. Teams have end-to-end ownership, the authority to make decisions, and accountability for the outcomes they deliver. Quality isn't owned by someone else, it's everyone's responsibility.
Our technology teams are focused on:
Experience first: solving real customer problems simply and effectively
Ownership with autonomy: making decisions close to the work
Quality built in: not tested in at the end
Continuous improvement: creating foundations that allow great work to compound over time
Using AI thoughtfully: embracing modern ways of working while maintaining trust, security and reliability
