The opportunity

As Netwealth has transitioned into the ASX100, the expectations of our remuneration function have naturally evolved, with greater regulatory focus, increased complexity and a broader scope of work.

With strong foundations now in place, this newly created role will help take our reward practices to the next stage of maturity and impact.

In this hands-on role you'll have meaningful ownership, you'll run core reward cycles, deepen our frameworks and support the shift from establishing the basics to driving ongoing improvement and capability uplift.

Reporting to the Head of Reward and HRIS, you will work across the full breadth of remuneration and benefits, including:

  • Annual remuneration review – leading the full process from modelling and system readiness through to guidance and data validation.

  • Job evaluation & job architecture management – maintaining the job catalogue, salary bands and benchmarking processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Incentive program delivery – managing Bonus, Sales Incentives and LTI frameworks, including modelling, tracking, documentation and governance.

  • Benefits oversight – partnering with vendors, supporting reviews and helping uplift the employee benefits offering.

  • Workday compensation enablement – supporting enhancements post‑go‑live and helping to reduce manual effort across core reward processes.

  • Governance and regulatory support – contributing to CPS511, remuneration disclosures, WGEA reporting and policy alignment.

About you

You bring strong experience in remuneration or reward, ideally within an ASX100 organisation, or another highly regulated environment. You're confident working with frameworks, data and compliance, and you're equally comfortable improving and uplifting processes as you are delivering them.

You’ll bring to the role:

  • Experience working within established remuneration frameworks and governance environments.

  • Solid understanding of remuneration review cycles, job evaluation, incentive calculations and equity programs.

  • Strong analytical capabilities. You enjoy working with data, models and scenario testing.

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence maintaining models, trackers and documentation.
