The opportunity
As our Managed Accounts offering continues to grow, we’re looking for an Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the day‑to‑day success of our Managed Accounts platform.
About the role
In this hands‑on role, you’ll support the smooth operation of our Managed Accounts facility, working closely with internal teams, brokers, advisers and external providers.
You’ll be responsible for daily processing, rebalancing activities, model maintenance and ensuring a high level of accuracy and service across all managed account activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail and an interest in financial markets to build deep product knowledge and grow their career in financial services.
What you'll be doing
Performing daily checks to ensure models, assets and client accounts are ready for rebalancing
Preparing and reviewing daily Managed Accounts flow and rebalance reports
Reviewing and approving orders generated by the rebalancing engine
Liaising with brokers to execute trades across managed funds, ETFs, ASX‑listed and international securities
Monitoring and processing income and corporate actions
Managing in‑specie transfers into and out of Managed Accounts
Creating, maintaining and updating models, model managers and fee structures
Supporting private label set‑ups, testing and documentation
Responding to internal and external queries related to Managed Accounts
Contributing to system enhancements, user acceptance testing and continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll bring
Experience or knowledge in financial services, investments or financial markets
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills
High attention to detail and a commitment to accurate processing
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support and train others
A proactive, flexible approach and openness to change
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance (highly regarded)
