  • Participate in 24/7 on-call roster and support customer fault response
  • Manage contractors and maintenance contracts to deliver best-practice outcomes
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve plant issues via ServiceNow
  • Conduct plant audits, testing, tuning, and planned preventative maintenance

  • Maintain site documentation (SWIs, EOPs, as-builts) and version control
  • Produce operational reports and recommend improvements
  • Support commissioning of upgrades and infrastructure projects
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and support team development and training

What will you need:

  • Extensive knowledge of data centre operations, electrical/mechanical systems, rack management, design, and installation
  • Strong understanding of high-density power, cooling approaches, and technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of cabling, cable management, and quality assurance
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with BMS and building management systems

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing data centre facilities, or leading maintenance and engineering teams in a high-availability environment.
    • Electrical or Mechanical trade professional with proven practical experience in critical systems operation and maintenance.
    • Diploma in Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead service delivery, manage vendor contracts, and ensure uptime of mission-critical infrastructure.
    • Must be an Australian Citizen (required to obtain Security Clearance).
    • Seize this exciting opportunity to join one of Australia’s fastest growing companies and play a key contributing role in the future of AI and the digital economy
    • Join an inclusive, diverse and values-driven working culture
    • Great opportunities to progress within our company (grow as we grow)
