About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic administration professional to join the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator’s (NHVR) Statutory Compliance division. Reporting to the Senior Business Advisor, you will provide high level administrative support to the Investigations unit.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:
- Provide administrative support and oversee administrative processes, such as records and correspondence management.
- Arrange meetings and workshops and prepare agendas, reports and take minutes as required.
- Maintain client confidentiality and display utmost professional integrity when dealing with sensitive matters.
- Processing of invoices, purchasing and finance administration within budget guidelines and delegation levels.
- Manage travel administration for the unit, including flight and accommodation bookings.
- Create and maintain standard letters, templates, document formats, mailing lists and other information for the unit.

This is a permanent, full time position based in Parramatta or Brisbane.
About You
As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in providing administration support to a team or have worked in a similar role. You will be energetic, well organised and able to manage competing priorities. You will be motivated to work in a team environment in the delivery of a broadly based administrative service.
