About you | Ko Wai Koe
You know healthcare, but just as importantly, you’re curious about how it could work better.
You’ll be comfortable moving between the big picture and the detail, working through complex problems where there isn’t always an obvious answer, and bringing people with you.
We’d love to hear from you if you bring:
- Strong knowledge of the New Zealand healthcare system.
- Proven leadership experience and an ability to get the best from talented people.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience in negotiation and influencing senior stakeholders.
- The ability to interpret data and turn insight into action.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to challenge established thinking.
Experience in private health insurance, health funding, provider contracting or network management would be valuable, but we’re equally interested in people who bring relevant experience from elsewhere in the health sector.
If you’re looking for a role where you can lead great people, solve complex healthcare problems and help shape how healthcare is funded and delivered, we’d love to hear from you.
Don't tick every box? If this role excites you and you bring relevant experience, we'd still love to hear from you.
