About this role
As the Acquisition Marketing Coordinator, you help run marketing offers from start to finish to meet sales targets across our direct to consumer, corporate, white label, and affiliate channels.
You support tasks like creating, launching and fulfilling offers, managing reviews and approvals, and handling customer enquiries across all brands. You also help with lead generation and follow up activities to increase how many leads convert into sales.
Day to day responsibilities:
Support nib and white label brands by sourcing data, performing Excel analysis, and preparing fulfilment files for member offers, while coordinating new offer communications with the Comms team.
Maintain and update campaign management spreadsheets to ensure accurate tracking of offer and campaign details.
Produce campaign wrap ups and performance reporting to highlight offer outcomes and insights.
Set up and launch offers in the Nudge platform, ensuring they go live across all channels including EDMs and the website, and enabling tracking of member joins.
Write clear, compliant terms and conditions for all offers.
Collaborate with the Design team to brief and obtain creative assets such as imagery and promotional materials.
Manage and resolve customer enquiries and complaints related to offer fulfilment, conducting daily investigations to ensure accurate and timely outcomes.
