Your role:

At Northrop Grumman Australia, you'll do more than support business growth. You'll help enable the future of Defence capability.

As Manager Capture Excellence, you'll be at the center of some of our most important opportunities, planning and providing the resources, best practices and governance that drive successful captures across our Defence portfolio. Working with senior leaders, capture professionals and industry partners, you'll help position Northrop Grumman to deliver mission-critical outcomes for our customers and make a meaningful contribution to Australia's security.

In this highly collaborative role, you will:

  • Build strong relationships across the Northrop Grumman enterprise, Defence industry and strategic partners.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across the capture community.

This is an opportunity to influence the future direction of our business while working alongside passionate, capable teams who are united by a shared purpose: solving our customers' toughest challenges.

About you:

  • An understanding of Defence and Government acquisition processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to navigate complexity, think strategically and drive outcomes.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Project Management, Capture or a related discipline.

At Northrop Grumman, we're committed to creating an environment where everyone can belong, grow and succeed. If you're excited by the opportunity to help win the next generation of Defence programs while developing your own career alongside some of the industry's best, we'd love to hear from you.

What we offer:

Whatever your role, life stage or background, you can shape your career here in your way with highly challenging work, great colleagues and career development, plus a range of flexible benefits and working patterns.

  • Professional development – further education, leadership development, professional industry memberships and unlimited access to a range of online training.
  • Salary packaging including novated car leases and the option to purchase additional annual leave.
