Your Role:

The Test Automation Engineer is todesign, develop, andmaintaintests and test automation for the software andaccompanyingcomponents of NGA’s Secure Communication System (SCS)products. Youwill also be accountable for:

• Developing,maintainingand evolvingmanual and automated tests on virtual machines

• Contributingto high quality test and automation process using agile methodologies

• Ensure test cases appropriately exercise the target functionality

• Optimise test and test automation processesbyrecommendingtools and processes improvements

• Grow and contribute to areas such as cyber security, systemadministrationand systems engineering

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications/industry certification in Computer Science, SoftwareEngineeringor relateddiscipline

• Experience with Test configuration tools (e.g. JIRA X-ray)

• Knowledge of managing andmaintainingtesting lifecycle management

• Experience with Work-Load management and deflect tracking using JIRA or similar industry tools

• 1-3 years of relevant industry experience specifically with Testing
  and Test Automation frameworks and understanding of Linux.
