In this role, you’ll play a key part in our commercial success, smoothly managing order administration and helping deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience aligned with Nufarm’s Go To Market Strategy and Customer Value Proposition. How You’ll Help Us Grow

Take ownership for the customer order life-cycle (order entry, stock transfers, changes, pricing, terms, freight, cancellations, confirmations,) including Agency & Consignment ensuring allocated tasks are seen through to completion
Respond to and resolve customer and stakeholder queries including but not limited to: order status, stock availability, delivery time frames via telephone, email, chatter workflows.
Take ownership for the investigation and processing of stock returns and credits in a timely manner within delegation of authority.
Effectively and professionally resolve customer complaints and escalate appropriately when required.
Order Management (OM) tasks based on customer segmentation
Ensure that the customer database is maintained and up to date in core ERP / CRM systems (JDE Edwards)

What do you bring?

You’re a proactive and commercially minded Customer Service or Supply/Logistics professional with experience supporting operational environments such as FMCG or Manufacturing Supply Chain, and you’re ready to take the next step in your career with a market‑leading agrichemical company. You’re confident working with ERP and CRM systems such as JD Edwards and Salesforce, and you’re highly capable using Microsoft Office to analyse data and support customer outcomes.

You’re an engaging, confident communicator who enjoys interacting with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders each day, and you take pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Naturally curious and eager to learn, you enjoy variety in your work and embrace new challenges and enjoy being the face to your customers. Comfortable working autonomously while also thriving as part of a collaborative team, you’re motivated by the opportunity to grow, develop, and make a role your own—contributing to a true Australian success story as we Evolve Ag for Australian farmers.
