Own your growth at Nufarm

In this senior leadership role within Portfolio Solutions, you will play a critical part in ensuring our portfolio and new product introductions deliver strong commercial outcomes. You will act as a connector across Portfolio, Commercial, Supply and Regional teams, translating strategy into funded, market‑relevant execution while building capability, discipline and engagement across the organisation.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

  • Lead commercial integration across Portfolio Solutions, creating clear frameworks and forums that ensure strong alignment between portfolio, product and Commercial teams.
  • Translate portfolio strategy into compelling commercial narratives, value propositions and positioning.
  • Embed structured commercial feedback—customer needs, objections and competitive insights—into portfolio planning, prioritisation and SKU rationalisation.
  • Lead continuous improvement of New Product Introduction (NPI), diagnosing root causes, prioritising fixes and strengthening launch capability across Portfolio and Commercial teams.
  • Build and steward business cases for major investments and acquisitions, including scenario analysis, risk and benefit assessment.
  • Own the Portfolio Solutions budget, leading OPEX and CAPEX planning, forecasting, allocation and governance in partnership with Finance.
  • Partner with Regional Portfolio Solutions leaders to convert strategy into a coherent, funded portfolio with strong execution cadence.
  • Lead, mentor and develop program managers, setting clear goals, KPIs and performance expectations aligned to strategy.
  • Drive key Portfolio Solutions strategic initiatives, bringing clarity and structure to complex, executive‑level priorities.
  • Lead the collection, analysis and application of competitive intelligence to inform strategic direction and decision‑making.

You are a confident, collaborative leader with strong commercial acumen and experience working across portfolio management, program delivery or product‑led environments. You bring a structured, analytical mindset, are comfortable influencing at senior levels, and enjoy developing people and building capability across functions. Experience with complex business cases, investment governance and cross‑regional stakeholder engagement will set you up for success.
