What’s possible?

Your challenge will be to provide strategic supply, cost and risk management for Nufarms travel category. As well as recommending and implementing travel related strategies, objectives and tactical plans, we’ll rely on you to ensure the effective communication of those plans across the business. Coming up with sourcing ideas, managing relationships and risk with travel management, airline, hotel and car service companies and ensuring the compliance and effective training of Nufarm users – all are aspects of this high-profile role. Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the management of Concur T&E system, including its daily operation and future development
  • Providing market and business intelligence information/advice and associated analysis to key stakeholders
  • Identifying and communicating longer term issues which could impact the business dynamics and seek innovative solutions to those issues

What you’ll need to bring

As well as a strategic mindset, you’ll need excellent leadership and people skills, including negotiation, motivation, conflict resolution, coaching and performance planning and development. You’ll also need a track record of managing business relationships plus proven experience of devising effective contract and supplier relationship management strategies.
