As a result of this change, we are recruiting for a two Regional Sales Managers (RSM) on both the East Coast and West Coast of Australia.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager (NSM) the RSM will be responsible for assisting in the development, execution, and monitoring of sales strategy as a key element of Nuseed Australia’s strategy. The RSM supports the NSM working closely with Marketing in developing and maintaining a clear segmentation of all customers (retail, influencers, and growers) and defining a way to balance our sales and marketing resources to deliver an industry leading customer experience that differentiates Nuseed from its competitors.
What will you be doing?
Working with the sales team to execute the strategy and provide an excellent customer experience and establishing great customer relationships.
The RSM’s day to day responsibility will be leading the region’s sales team to support, engage and influence our key customers, monitoring sales progression to plan and ultimately meeting or exceeding sales and financial targets for the business.
The RSM’s role is an important contributor to bringing market information back into the business and combining that with strategic thinking to develop a business strategy in a collaborative fashion with colleagues.

- You enjoy leading teams and individuals and have experience in developing and managing high performing teams.
- You have held similar roles within a seed or Agricultural organisation.
- You are technically adept and have a good understanding of pathways to market in Australian broadacre agriculture.
