How can you unearth the possibilities with Nufarm?
The dependable partner behind thousands of agricultural success stories, at Nufarm we’ve been finding better ways to fight weeds and disease and increase our customers crop yields for over 100 years. Indeed, it’s their ever-changing needs that inspires us to stay agile and create an energetic work environment where, together, we can all make a difference. Join us, and you’ll feel empowered to be who you are and unlock your potential, in a place where we trust and respect one another and celebrate our differences.
What’s possible?
As a People & Performance Analyst you’ll be responsible for bringing together the people and talent data and analytics that will enable more effective decision making across the business. Fair to say, in fact, that we’ll rely on you to leverage the systems and tools available to bring invaluable insights to business managers and P&P teams alike. And, when it comes to coordinating annual remuneration and talent cycles and a variety of key P&P projects, again, we’ll count on you to deliver.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Providing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and supporting forecasting and budgeting processes, scenario analysis and targeted insights
- Driving engagement in analytical insights via the synthesis of disparate sources of data and using that data for storytelling to relevant business stakeholders
- Performing HR Administrator duties such as workflow approval, ad-hoc personal data updates and MSS support for the Nufarm Global Business Unit as required
What you’ll need to bring
As well as a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Mathematics, Economics, Psychology, Statistics or HR, you’ll need a real flair for analysis, modelling, reporting and systems supporting. You don’t have to be from a HR background, but if you have knowledge of Tableau, that would be great.
You’ll also need:
- Proven project administration and management experience
- A strategic mindset, customer-focused approach and the ability to inspire others
- Minimum intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office 365 programs (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
That’s just what we think, we’d love to hear from you what you think is possible. #unearththepossibilities
