How can you Unearth the Possibilities with Nufarm?
Based in our Engineering Team at Pipe Road, we’re looking for a team-oriented Stores Person. In this role, you will be responsible for storeroom management, inventory tracking and inventory levels and ensuring parts are available for planned and scheduled maintenance work activities whilst working closely with the Maintenance Manager.

What will you be doing?

Be responsible for kitting of parts for planned and scheduled maintenance work activities

Role model our Health, Safety & Environment and Continuous Improvement.

Active participation in Management of Change (MOC), Unusual Incident Report (Unusual Incident Report) or IR (Injury Report).

Compliance with and incorporation of regulatory, health, safety and environmental standards into all work carried out

Storeroom management, inventory tracking and inventory levels for all items under safekeeping

Coordinate requisition of materials and parts in a timely manner to allow the execution of maintenance activities

Optimizing stores inventories and parts and materials spend to prevent stock outs and incur the least amount of cost

The store being catalogued and data entry into CMMS. Ensure processes are in place to record all goods entering and leaving store are recorded and reported.

Contributing to a culture of continual improvement in department by encouraging and giving suggestions, ideas and use of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and design.
What do you bring?
You are an experienced Stores or Trades Person with experience within a busy manufacturing environment. You pride yourself on your computer savvy nature and be open to ongoing learning and development. Ideally you will have exposure to Lean/TPM/ Six Sigma and Reliability Centred Maintenance.
