How can you inspire innovation at Nuseed?
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Horsham, Victoria. This role will be leading an established team and the successful candidates will be provided with hands on support and training.
What will you be doing?
- Managing and developing a team, ensuring they can successfully complete their role and are developing in their careers through regular feedback.
- Building & maintaining relationships and effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Regular reporting and analysis for decision making purposes.
- Managing the coordination of Canola seed portfolio, including order management, dispatching seed and customer communication.
- Monitoring end to end Canola portfolio, proactively identifying, communicating, and resolving matters as they arise.
