What is the role?
Based at our Dry Creek office in Adelaide, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team initially on a fixed term contract for a 12 month period. In this role, you’ll be supporting the delivery of marketing, digital, and communications activities across a variety of audiences and channels. Communications, event planning and digital marketing activities will be a key focus including coordination of both internal and external events as well as monitoring and updating website content, social media content planning and asset development, and analysing performance.

What will you be doing?
- Supporting the delivery and future planning of marketing campaigns by working with internal teams and third-party suppliers
- Planning and producing internal and external communications including company and dealer communications
- Planning and producing content for digital marketing channels including web and a guru within social media platforms
- Coordinating promotional merchandise and staff uniforms including stock management, ordering and annual review of requirements
- Coordinating meetings and providing assistance where required with planning, documents and resources
- Coordinating and assisting with organising Croplands and Nufarm events including travel, accommodation, venue and catering requirements
- Helping to facilitate a continuous improvement culture to continually improve the efficiency, performance and standards of Marketing activities
What do you bring?
You’re ideally a tertiary qualified Marketing or Communications professional who brings demonstrated experience operating in a similar, executional hands-on marketing role with a passion for digital/social media and marketing co-ordination. You’re versed in developing internal and external communications and you bring generalist marketing event management skills. Ideally, you have an affiliation with Agriculture and you’re interested in learning more about the industry.
You have a keen eye for detail and enjoy variety in a role. You’re a confident and engaging communicator who is passionate about building relationships and challenging the status quo.
