This role exists to ensure that Nufarm Seed’s seed & traits products, Canola and Carinata, are effectively communicated and strategically positioned within the region in order to maximise sales and assist the market development team with new markets.

Your Future, Fueled by Innovation
- Prepare sales presentations, business plans and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions
- Actively calls on key accounts and assists sales force where appropriate
- Ensure sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards
- Monitor local demonstration and National Variety Trials.
- Generate targeted local grower scale trials.
- Liaise where necessary with government bodies, agriculture consultant and grower groups/associations to ensure maximum and positive exposure of Nufarm Seeds
- Ensure that Nuseed reseller clients and their end-users are equipped with the necessary marketing, technical and agronomic information to successfully recommend and use Nuseed products.
- Compile and submit monthly reports, itineraries and territory analysis.
- Manage the reporting/forecasting of Monola planting declarations to Monola grain partners
- Liaise with end user to gauge market trends and requirements
- Assist with the market development of new products and the repositioning of existing products to maximize Nuseed returns.
- Recommend advertising and promotional plans for the Nufarm seeds business within the sales territory.
- Organize regional marketing/technical training meetings with major resellers and/or end-users.
- Promptly respond to and resolve complaints against the company or its products in conjunction with the Regional Sales manager and National Sales manager.
- Attend relevant industry meetings, conferences, field days and seminars.
- Make monthly and timely adjustments to forecast
- Maintain end-user, reseller and consultant databases using Salesforce CRM
- Create strong end-user pull-through for Nuseed products
- Regularly review sales, forecasts, open & back orders and subsequent stocking requirements.
