As part of our Global Finance and Risk team, you will:

• Be immersed in two rotations across Risk, Assurance & Compliance (RAC) and Group Finance.
• Gain exposure to Executive Leaders, regional teams, and global operations.
• Take ownership of meaningful work with real business impact.

• Build the foundations for CA/CPA qualification with hands‑on support from experienced leaders.

About the Program

This is a two year rotational programme, each rotation taking a year. Across your rotations, you’ll spend time learning, shaping, and contributing to:

Risk, Assurance & Compliance

• Supporting internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
• Engaging with business units to embed contemporary risk frameworks
• Preparing reporting and insights for senior committees and the Board
• Supporting the Head of RAC on risk identification, assurance activities and insurance queries

Group Finance

• Assisting in preparation of Group financial statements and audit support
• Completing monthly close activities including journals, reconciliations, and management reporting
• Providing technical guidance to regions
• Supporting global lease accounting under IFRS 16
• Contributing to M&A, capital investments and continuous improvement initiatives

This is a hands‑on role designed for learning, visibility, and impact.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor of Commerce/Business/Finance (CA/CPA eligible)
• Curiosity, initiative, and strong problem‑solving ability
• Ability to build relationships and influence without authority
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Technical proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• A mindset of continuous improvement, learning and collaboration
