The Opportunity
This permanent role begins with a two‑year rotation, you’ll complete two 12‑month rotations across Risk, Assurance & Compliance and Group Finance, building solid accounting and risk fundamentals, developing commercial understanding, and progressing your professional qualification in a supportive, global environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Risk, Assurance & Compliance
Supporting internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews; assisting with risk reporting and insights for senior committees and the Board; partnering with business stakeholders to embed risk and control frameworks; and supporting insurance queries and assurance activities across the group.
Group Finance
Assisting with preparation of Group financial statements and audit support; performing month‑end close activities including journals, reconciliations, and reporting; supporting technical accounting matters including IFRS 16 lease accounting; and assisting with group reporting, capital investments, M&A activity, and process improvements. This is a hands‑on role with increasing responsibility as your capability grows.
What We’re Looking For
Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce, Business or Finance; 1–3 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role; currently studying towards or planning to commence CA or CPA; sound understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial controls; strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data; clear communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business; a curious and detail‑oriented mindset; and full working rights for Australia (PR or citizenship).
