Through the support of the ANZ Export Business Manager, the purpose of this position is develop and grow the Bluebird export business in the Southern Hemisphere, with a focus on delivering sustainable and profitable channel and category growth in existing geographies and customers.


Responsibilities

As a Key Account Executive – Export, your job will be to:

  • Ensure delivery of NSV and GM/VC targets for the specified channels/accounts.
  • Coordinate export activities i.e. coordinating and managing all aspects of the export process, including documentation, shipping, and customs clearance.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations, that govern the export of goods.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders such as shipping companies, freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers, to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and maintain all export-related documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and export declarations.
  • Ensure that all goods are properly packaged, labelled, and shipped to meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Manage all logistics related to the export of goods.
  • Process credit, maintain record and manage collection.
  • Oversee the export portal and providing customer training.
  • Lead CBP update to ensure information are accurately loaded.
  • Manage Imports/Export of PepsiCo International products to compete in Traditional Trade
  • Build profitable relationships with key accounts.
  • Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety and welfare of our people.

Qualifications

You will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree and prior experience working with SAP and CBP are preferred.
  • 3 years sales experience preferably within an FMCG or convenience environment.
  • Prior experience of working in export sales/ logistics, key account management role (preferable).
  • Strong analytical skills to deliver sound commercial based recommendations and decisions
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the FMCG and/or convenience channels.
  • Ability to plan, organise, prioritise and implement action in the short term

You will be:

  • Analysing and prioritising channels and accounts, using the finite resource to develop plans for the highest upside
  • Managing the complex nature of export orders with minimum resource and high service
  • Identifying growth opportunities outside current accounts and channels and developing the new business for profitable future growth
  • Developing and refining our pricing plans to maximise sales in the channel, whilst also maximising Bluebird and CP profits
