Due to our continued success and growth, we are currently recruiting a Production Front Line Manager for our Weekend Day Shift.
The successful candidate will be a proactive supervisor with an enthusiastic approach to leadership.
Details:
Tingalpa location.
Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday.
Team Size - up to 40 team members.
Full Time Permanent position.
Selection Process: Formal Interview - Site Tour and technical assessment – Online Assessment – Background and Pre-Employment Medical Checks – Decision.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
Manage all processing and packaging personnel.
Achieve AOP cost, quality, service, safety , people and environmental objectives.
Lead the development and implementation of site performance and continuous improvement plans.
Coach and develop team members and site capability.
Qualifications
Requirements for the role:
Previous experience in a similar position which includes knowledge on manufacturing best practice.
Well-developed people leadership, change management and team building skills with exposure to performance management processes.
Proven ability to set and gain commitment to targets and deadlines.
Results driven and customer focussed.
