Due to our continued success and growth, we are currently recruiting a night Shift Systems Front Line Manager.

This role provides the opportunity for an Electrical trade-qualified Manager to oversee a team of both Electricians and Fitters to deliver production line reliability and efficiencies, whilst ensuring the highest levels of safety.

This position is full-time permanent on night shift Sunday to Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the trade teams across all shifts in the execution of maintenance and reliability improvement activities.
  • Promote a continuous improvement culture across your teams.
  • Ensure budget controls across maintenance activities are adhered to in line with site Repairs & Maintenance AOP.
  • Work closely with other departments and shifts to ensure the highest level of maintenance effectiveness.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Trade-qualified in Electrical Engineering (QLD Electrical License).
  • A Certificate 4 in Automation/Instrumentation is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading large mechanical and electrical trade teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: to work across different departments.
