To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a R&D Packaging Team Engineer for a 5 Month Fixed Term Contract. This position will lead packaging development initiatives to develop and to improve performance, efficiency, quality and cost aligned with business objectives and timings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading all R&D packaging activities for NZ projects, covering innovation, sustainability and cost saving activities.
• Manage the ANZ productivity portfolio of projects.
• Autonomously work with internal partners and suppliers.

About you:

• Comprehensive understanding of R&D and product development disciplines.
• Tertiary qualifications in related discipline – with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong technical, analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Innovative and original approach to problem solving and new design implementation
