About the position
As a member of our Customer Service Team, you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent service to our retail customers upon purchasing minted products. Your primary responsibility is to effectively manage customer orders and enquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
Main duties & responsibilities
- Accurately processing and applying correct pricing to retail orders received via phone call or online.
- Responding to customer enquiries via various communication channels such as phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Develop a deep understanding of The Perth Mint products to provide accurate and detailed information to customers
- Ensuring orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner, which includes tracking shipments, coordinating with other departments, processing returns and refunds according to company policies.
- Handling and recording customer feedback to improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.
- Contributing to the enhancement of customer service processes by providing feedback, suggesting improvements, and participating in training sessions.
- Ensure own safety and health at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at work.
About you
- Passion for delivering quality customer service along with a demonstrated ability for building and sustaining strong relationships.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the proven ability to deal with all types of customers and stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills are necessary.
- Possess a smartphone for the purpose of business system authentication and security protocols.
