About the role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide relief support across all the assistants within the Firm. As required, you may need to provide additional support to the wider practice groups and lead events or activities. As you move within the firm, you will need to have a broad knowledge of our process and understand the services provided to our clients. This is a full time, fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities
- Support and manage the needs of our Partners and teams.
- Provide training and mentorship to other Assistants.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key clients to facilitate a high level of client service.
- Support Partners to manage their time effectively, including diary management, flagging potential issues and providing solutions.
- Manage accurate and timely submission of billings through effective collaboration with Partners.
- Deliver commercial and operational support.

- Prior experience within a business administration role, ideally within professional services.
- Intermediate to advanced skill level of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Flexible and adaptable, can easily build rapport.
