About the role
You will work closely with the Client Services Manager and the team to deliver exceptional experiences to all internal and external stakeholders. In a prompt, professional and judicious manner you will coordinate and deliver a premium dining and beverage experience throughout our event spaces, and café. This role is being offered on a permanent full-time basis (Monday to Friday) and is based in our CBD office in Docklands.
Key responsibilities
Creating a warm and welcoming environment
Responding to queries in a prompt and professional manner
Delivery of food & beverage service to our client floor, event spaces and training rooms in a prompt and judicious manner
Day to day setup and pack down of conference rooms and events spaces
Support of our internal cafe with your food handling and barista skills
Maintain the back of house areas including kitchens and storerooms in a clean and organised manner
Making coffees as required
Provide operational administration support as required

Experience within a hospitality/food service/barista role
You are certified within food handling/responsible service of alcohol (desirable)
Previous use of Point of Sale (POS) software
