Meet your team
Our high performing Risk and Procurement Advisory team provides auditing, compliance and assurance advisory to our clients. In this team you will work on client engagements to review tender and evaluation documents, drafting probity plans and preparing reports.
About the role
As a Probity & Procurement Analyst you will be supporting our team and working closely with government and other public sectors to provide high quality, innovative and value for money service to our clients across a broad range of probity and procurement projects.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the team to ensure adherence to the highest standards of commercial process, ethics and probity are applied on all projects;
- Reviewing tender and evaluation documentation and developing probity protocols;
- Preparing reports, proposals and completing tasks in accordance with directions given
- Drafting probity plans, developing protocols and any other materials as required
- Performing compliance, governance and probity review activities
- Liaising with clients and attending meetings (where appropriate)

Relevant skills
A tertiary degree within Procurement, Law or relevant field along with 1-3 years of experience within a Probity position that has provided you an understanding of risk, compliance, governance and procurement processes.
Commercially minded
You are inquisitive and enjoy investigating processes You are happy to work in a growing team to build good relationships with other team members, improve current processes, flexible in any tasks given and able to make a positive impact to the people and clients you are working with.
Communication with impact
You have well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal to communicate with a variety of stakeholders in a pragmatic and respectful manner.
