Our Tax Advisory Group (TAG) has specialists in all
relevant areas of revenue law supported by a large team of
experienced professionals who can manage any taxation issue
regardless of size or complexity. We have a strong record for
successfully advocating for our clients and regularly consult to
government and statutory bodies on a range of complex taxation
issues.
About the
role
This valued
Personal Assistant role will see you supporting up to 5 Tax
Advisory Partners across the week. Collaborating with other
Personal Assistants within the team, you will take pride in
delivering exceptional administrative support to the Tax Advisory
Partners.
Key responsibilities
- High level professional assistance for up to 5 Partners (across the week) and their various teams
- Diary management, coordinating meetings and events, acting as a first point of contact for the Partners office, receiving, prioritising and distributing incoming calls, emails, and mail, travel coordination, expense processing, invoice processing and all other administrative tasks as required
- Support with proposals, reports and presentations, spreadsheets and other documents as requested (electronic and paper-based materials) and other ad hoc general administration duties as required
- Monthly billing, managing monthly invoicing and timesheet management using Microsoft Excel
- Building effective relationships with clients, partners, and staff
- Direct contact for client payment queries, including managing approval process, maintaining records and banking

Proven administrator
You will have Personal Assistant/administration experience, ideally within a financial services or professional services environment.
Positive team player
You are organised and can meet conflicting deadlines, with exceptional attention to detail and the flexibility to work on a variety of tasks autonomously.
Technologically savvy
You will have strong technical expertise of Microsoft Suite: Word (Advanced), Excel (Intermediate), PowerPoint (Intermediate) and Outlook, including calendar (Advanced).
