Meet your team
Our Investment Advisory practice provides a broad service including advice, monitoring, reporting and administration to a wide variety of clients, from high net worth individuals to institutional and not-for-profit clients. We cover a large range of asset classes and investment products, including listed securities and managed funds.
About the role
As an Associate Advisor you will have a strong grounding in investment concepts and an ability to communicate and work positively with a range of advisors, clients and administrative staff.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analysis of portfolio reports prepared by the administrative team
- Collaborating with the research division to carry out client-specific investment analysis
- Preparation of Statements of Advice and Records of Advice detailing client recommendations
- Preparation of materials and review of administrative forms required for client meetings
- Attendance at client meetings with an advisor
- Implementation of agreed investment/planning decisions

Tertiary qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualification in Financial Planning or Finance related discipline.
Relevant industry experience
Relevant experience within the financial planning industry. Strong general knowledge of broader financial planning matters including superannuation, tax, insurance, and estate planning.
Positive team player
You are organised and can meet conflicting deadlines, with exceptional attention to detail and the flexibility to work on a variety of tasks autonomously.
