About the team
Sitting within our Practice Management Group (PMG), our People Experience (PE) team consists of specialist streams, including People Services and Partnering, Technical Learning, Talent, and Employee Experience.
You will report to the Learning and Development Manager and work with the wider team on all employee related matters.
About the role
The Training Facilitator will primarily focus on the design, development and delivery of the firm’s IT and systems learning programs that are critical to the firm’s success using modern learning frameworks and methodologies (in person, just in time modules, online modules etc). Reporting into the Learning and Development Manager, the Training Facilitator will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business to focus on the execution of the firm’s learning and IT strategy in ensuring our people are maximising their use of our technology and systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging and comprehensive IT training programs covering key systems, applications, and software used within the organisation, aligned with adult learning principles.
- Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions and workshops for employees at all skill levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Evaluate learner progress, assess training effectiveness, and gather feedback. Continuously improve training programs based on insights and learner needs
- Maintain accurate employee IT training records within the LMS.
- Actively identify opportunities for learning based on service desk tickets and engagement with key stakeholders across the firm.
Who we’re after

- Relevant certifications in IT training, instructional design, or system administration.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
- Strong background in IT systems training, in particular Microsoft technologies and Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, Copilot, SharePoint, and OneDrive
