About the
team
As part of the Project Management
Office and wider IT Services team, you will support and manage
business projects and process improvement initiatives to support
the achievement of strategic objectives and the firm business
plan.
About the
role
You will collaborate with all
levels across the business and participate in analysing
requirements, identifying areas of improvement, delivering
solutions, and troubleshooting. We are investing in AI, and this
position will play a key role in driving AI adoption. Our promise

Key
responsibilities
- Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements
- Modelling & documenting business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Key stakeholder engagement and strong communications skills
- Working closely with the internal IT function (or other business functions as required) to communicate business and operational requirements to the whole firm
- Work with the business to map process identify and eliminate pain points & to ensure project scope is appropriate and outcomes are fit for purpose and sustainable
- Coordination of project activities, tasks, training and communications as well as effective management of risks and issues
- Provide regular reports to management on status of projects
- Be involved in change management
- Contributing to the improvement, influencing and adoption of a best practice PMO
Who we’re after

qualifications, skills and personal attributes we’re looking

You will have prior experience
working as a Business Analyst. You have had exposure to project
management and process improvement in your previous experience
& been involved in delivering business &/or technical
transformation projects in the past few years. Experience in
HRIS, CRM &/or ERP enterprise solutions is desirable. More
broadly you will have:
- Awareness, interest or experience with Process Automation techniques and technologies
- Business Process Modelling and process reengineering experience
- Strong analytical skills, including gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements and modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Competency at working independently and are a natural problem solver
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
