About the role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Content Producer to join our Client Experience team at our professional services accounting firm. This role is responsible for developing engaging, informative, and brand-aligned digital content that enhances client relationships, supports the Client Experience strategy, and positions our firm as a thought leader in the middle market. This role also works closely with our People Experience team to promote our unique culture and opportunities to potential talent.
Key responsibilities
Content development & production
- Develop and produce video content for client stories, national campaigns, firm internal communication and employee attraction and retention campaigns
- Develop and produce podcasts including audio production, content development and coordination, recording set up and RSS management, production workflow, analytics and optimisation
- Develop and deliver digital content plans that align with client experience objectives and firm-wide marketing goals
- Create motion graphics and animations for various digital applications
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex accounting, tax, and advisory concepts into accessible, client-focused digital content
- Ensure consistent digital content delivery across all digital channels
Client-focused communications
- Develop digital content that addresses key client pain points, industry trends, and regulatory changes
- Create digital educational materials that help clients understand complex financial and compliance requirements
- Support client communication including newsletters, alerts, and thought leadership pieces with suitable video and audio assets
Digital asset management
- Optimise digital content for the firm's website, ensuring SEO best practices and user experience considerations
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and content formats
- Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics and client feedback
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work with Senior Manager, Content and Communications, to identify content opportunities that support practice areas’ strategic goals
- Work closely with the Client Experience team to ensure digital content supports overall client experience strategy
- Support event marketing through pre- and post-event content creation
Who we’re after

- 3-5 years of experience in content creation, preferably in professional services, financial services, or B2B environments
- Strong proficiency in video and podcast production filming, recording and editing, using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Audition software
- Remote podcast recording capabilities using platforms like Riverside, SquadCast, or Zencastr
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent design tools
- Project management abilities and workflow organisation (Teams, Monday.com, or similar)
- Knowledge of digital content distribution platforms and their technical requirements
- Demonstrated portfolio of diverse digital content across multiple formats and channels
