What are we looking for?
We are currently on the search for a generalist Project Manager to fill a critical role in our Brisbane office, working across a variety of projects within Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific (APAC).
This role is a back-fill role for approximately 9-12 months working within our Consulting and Activation team. The projects within this team are varied and wide ranging from Wayfinding, Brand Activation and Digital Spaces. It’s a very rare opportunity to work across such a diverse program of work and for someone to apply their project management skills to, all while being challenged and taking these skills to the next level.
Specifically, we’re looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years’ experience in a similar type of project management role, perhaps within a marketing or design agency type environment (not critical), working across various projects and team members.
- Has experience in planning and managing project schedules, deadlines and deliverables, and communicating issues to the relevant teams when needed.
- Ensures project scope remains within the defined boundaries and aligns with the client's requirements.
- Provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations and ensures client feedback and requirements are communicated to the team.
- Excels in maintaining Work in Progress reports and leading the coordination of actions needed to move projects forward.
- Has experience in report writing and more importantly, finds this enjoyable.
- Has experience with invoicing, including staying on top of these and escalating them when needed.
- Has experience working with cross functional teams.

- High level skills in written, verbal and non-verbal communication for presentations and discussions with teams and peers.
- Self-driven work ethic and ability to meet fast paced project demands and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail, showing initiative and problem solving in a team are essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work flexibly to the needs of the Company.
- Good people skills and people who can get along with others, all while delivering great work.
