About the role:
We are looking for someone to lead the development and delivery of a program that looks to inspire the next generation of talent (secondary schools and universities) to deliver a future powered by clean, sustainable energy that is safer for the environment, and more supportive of communities. Encouraging that next generation of diverse talent to consider a career in a technical or trade-based role will be a key piece of the puzzle.

You’ll need to:
- Have a demonstrated and genuine passion for diversity and inclusion, and a commitment to striving for improvements in these areas.

In this role, you will:
- Plan, develop and implement a program of engagement with secondary schools and universities, building opportunities to showcase our business as an employer of choice.
- Identify and organise job and industry fairs and conferences, securing guest speakers and employee advocates from across the business.
- Build strategies to attract women and other diverse candidates to trade, technical and engineering roles and support the company’s annual graduate and apprentice programs.
- Create partnerships and support ongoing strategic collaborations.
- Engage relevant groups (such as female sporting clubs) to build a pipeline of diverse candidates.
