As an IT Graduate with us You will experience a variety of roles across our businesses. Opportunities may include project delivery, application management, dev-ops, analytics, commercial / governance streams, and potentially some non-IT streams such as technical engineering.
During your six-monthly rotations over three years, you could:
- Build new mobile, digital and automated services improving the speed of access to services for our customers
- Contribute to the development of the technical backbone to our infrastructure enabling, managing, and monitoring the two-way flow of power
- Contribute to strengthening our IT security posture protecting Victoria’s critical infrastructure from external threats
We offer a specifically designed graduate learning journey where you will take part in professional development activities offered both internally and by external training partners. Working on meaningful projects as a fully contributing team member you will put theory into practice. Your mentor will be with you every step of the way offering support and advice.

- Have completed your studies for an IT or other relevant degree by 30 January 2023
- Have strong communication and analytical skills
- Be available to commence full-time employment on 6 February 2023
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
