About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Document Controller/Administration Officer to join our Network Risk and Performance team based at our CBD head office or Glen Waverley office in a full time and permanent capacity.
This position will provide high level business support to our Electricity Networks team through a range of support services across CitiPower, Powercor and United Energy. These activities include being responsible for our document management processes and systems, procurement activities, onboarding/offboarding employees/contractors and monitoring of cost centre expenditure.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in document controlling and administration. In addition, this candidate will have strong time management skills, strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
What you’ll deliver:
- Co-ordinate the collation of document submissions to government or regulatory bodies
- Manage the uploads of documents into SharePoint and published documents Library
- Ensure compliance with our Document Management System and support the management our SharePoint Hub
- Assist in identifying and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of work processes, systems, tools and reports
- Prepare Purchase Order requests and co-ordinate and track cost centre expenditure against these
- Perform administrative and office support tasks as required to meet deadlines such as Identity Access Management (IAM) set up for new starters
- Arrange offsite and team activities, in-house training and setup conference and meetings
To succeed in this role you’ll have:
- Certificate in Business Administration or Business Procurement/Purchasing or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience with document management systems and document control practices
- Previous experience in a administration support role
- Demonstrated experience raising orders within a purchasing system (knowledge of SAP is preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring and tracking expenses
