Reporting directly to the Manager, Business Partnering & Employee Relations, you’ll help find clever solutions to interesting problems as you grow your skills every day. And you’ll do it with down-to-earth people who you’re proud to work with and get to know.

A diverse and broad-ranging role, you’ll partner with business leaders on a wide array of people matters including change, performance management, remuneration, reward, recognition, restructuring and talent – all whilst supporting them to engage their people in the delivery of business outcomes aligned with our strategic direction and initiatives.

As the medium between people functions and leaders – including Talent, Organisational Development, People Advisory, Employment Relations and Training – you’ll play an integral role in the design and delivery of key people initiatives across your portfolio. You’ll role model values-based behaviours, mentoring other team members to assist in developing their business, human resource and consulting skills centred on outcome-focused performance for our leaders.

You will act as a key advisor to your stakeholders, and actively contribute to business growth through the development of effective people and culture based solutions.

You will have significant industrial engagement experience, working collaboratively with stakeholders and delegates across a dynamic and unionised business environment that’s experiencing rapid growth.

With strong business acumen, you have a penchant for seeking new and innovative ways of working, with the ability to think critically and propose practical solutions. Demonstrating a sound understanding of contemporary HR practices, you are open to and adept at working at both the strategic and operational levels, rolling your sleeves up to do what is required to ensure actions translate into delivery.
