As a Information Support Specialist (Fixed-term until 12/2024 or 03/2025), you’ll help find clever solutions to interesting problems as you grow your skills every day. And you’ll do it with down-to-earth people who you’re proud to work with and get to know.

This Team has the potential to revolutionize our business and optimize the delivery of infrastructure projects through high-quality, reusable information and collaboration with various departments throughout the asset and project life cycles.


Here’s how:

  • You’ll manage the flow of information and documents.
  • You’ll ensure that all parties have access to the most current versions of project documentation.
  • You’ll administer and maintain the document-/ drawing management systems, using SmartPlant Foundation (SPF).
  • You’ll support the Digital Engineering Program in the pilot and use of InEight.

What you’ll bring

  • Formal qualifications in Information/Document Management, or equivalent discipline, preferably at Degree level (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Significant experience in a document control and/or drawing management role.
  • Extensive experience in document control, system administration and management in SmartPlant Foundation (SPF) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with InEight would also be helpful as a secondary to SPF.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Demonstrate strong data/information customer service relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

We’d also love you to have:

  • Qualifications in Information/Document Management, or equivalent discipline.
  • Experience working with the SmartPlant Foundation (SPF) and InEight Software Document Management Software (Teambinder).
  • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously as part of a high-performing team.
