As the Project Systems Lead, you’ll help find clever solutions to interesting problems as you grow your skills every day. You will oversee a team to ensure adequate systems are implemented to support the delivery of Major Projects.
And you’ll do it with down-to-earth people who you’re proud to work with and get to know. Here’s how:
- You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to develop digital systems and work processes to provide a seamless integration of project data and transmittal to the construction contractors.
- You’ll lead change management to support the adoption of new systems and technologies within our Major Projects division
- You develop quality management systems and of QA/QC to meet ISO 9001 standards
- You’ll ensure appropriate systems are embedded to allow efficient project reporting and control of quality documentation.
What you’ll bring
- A degree level qualification in Information Systems, Technology, Quality Management
- Extensive practical industry experience in the systems associated with major project delivery
- A broad understanding of principles and governance in Project Controls including sub-functions of planning and scheduling, estimating, cost, change management and data analysis / improvement.
- The ability to influence, engage with and communicate effectively across multiple business units and functional areas.
- Extensive practical experience in a project environment of large-scale green and brownfield projects.
- Significant experience in leading teams responsible for Project Controls systems & techniques.
