As our Project Reporting Analyst you will be required to analyse metrics, generate reports and provide insight to support informed decision-making by project stakeholders.
And you’ll do it with down-to-earth people who you’re proud to work with and get to know. Here’s how:
- Collect, consolidate and analyse project-related data, including financial, scheduling, resource utilisation and performance metrics; identify trends, patterns and anomalies in the data to provide insights into project performance and potential risk.
- Develop and produce regular and ad hoc reports communicating project status, progress, risks and achievement of key performance indicators to key stakeholders.
- Create presentations to present complex data in a clear and concise manner, using visualisations and dashboards where needed.
- Track and communicate relevant project performance metrics, and monitor performance against benchmarks and targets, highlighting areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure ongoing and frequent communication with all Project Team Members, and other key stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
