The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Barge Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator to join our Rottnest team. This role operates in a dynamic environment and will see you working from our premises on Rottnest Island on a permanent full-time basis.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate barge bookings, schedules and freight movements
- Manage warehouse inventory, stock control and stocktakes
- Coordinate ordering, receipting and storage of materials
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams
- Support cost control, freight optimisation and month-end processes
- Maintain safe and compliant warehouse and logistics operations
You will be an enthusiastic person, a team player and will possess the following:
Skills and Experience
- Forklift licence
- Unrestricted HR driver’s licence
- Warehouse and inventory management experience
- Barge logistics or freight coordination experience
- Supplier and contractor coordination experience
- Goods receipt and purchasing process knowledge
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
