Programmed Facility Management is seeking experiencedRetail Utilitiesto join our FIFO teams across a number of village operations throughout Western Australia.
These are permanent full-time opportunities for experienced site-based retail and tavern professionals looking to join established teams across the mining and resources sector.
Working on a2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, you'll play an important role in delivering a welcoming, well-presented retail and tavern experience for residents while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of village facilities.
The Opportunity
As a Retail Utility, you'll work across the site'sretail and tavern facilities, providing high-quality customer service while ensuring stores, bars and common areas are maintained to a consistently high standard.
Your responsibilities will include serving customers, operating POS systems, replenishing stock, maintaining presentation, assisting with stocktakes and supporting bar operations.
You'll need to be comfortable working across both retail and tavern environments and understand the expectations of delivering professional service within a FIFO village.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide friendly and professional customer service across retail and tavern facilities
- Operate POS and cash register systems accurately
- Serve customers across retail and bar areas
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented retail environment
- Replenish shelves, fridges and retail displays
- Receive, store and rotate stock appropriately
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory control
- Maintain appropriate stock levels and report requirements to the relevant Supervisor
