Programmed Facility Management is seeking experiencedKitchen Utilitiesto join our FIFO teams across multiple established village operations throughout Western Australia.

Working on a2:1 FIFO roster out of Perth, you'll play an important role in supporting our kitchen and catering teams, helping maintain the high standards that create a home away from home for residents on site.

Key Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Utility, you'll support the kitchen team and maintain the cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards that underpin a successful village operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
Wash, sanitise and store kitchen equipment, utensils and cookware
Support kitchen teams with basic food preparation and service tasks
Maintain clean and organised kitchen, dining and food service areas
Assist with stock rotation, storage and labelling processes
Handle waste management and cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
Support compliance with HACCP and food safety requirements
Identify and report equipment faults or maintenance concerns
Work collaboratively with the wider catering team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
You're an experiencedFIFO Kitchen Utilitywho understands the importance of teamwork, reliability and maintaining high standards in a busy village environment.
You enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, take pride in your work and are comfortable in a role that is physically active, fast-paced and hands-on.
You will have:
PreviousFIFO Kitchen Utility experience (Essential)
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
Ability to work effectively within a high-volume catering environment
Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining standards
Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
Ability to follow procedures and work safely at all times
Good communication and teamwork skills
Requirements
Unrestricted Australian working rights
Current C Class Driver's Licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug& alcohol screening
Current National Police Clearance
Food Safety or Food Handling Certificate, or willingness to obtain
