About the Roles
Work Coordinators
Work Coordinators support maintenance operations by coordinating work orders, scheduling contractors and helping ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and on time. Office based.
Field Officers
Field Officers provide on-the-ground support through site inspections, contractor engagement and quality assurance activities to help maintain high service standards. Field based.
What You Could Be Doing
Depending on the opportunity, responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating maintenance works and contractor activities
- Supporting service delivery and customer outcomes
- Liaising with contractors, customers and stakeholders
- Monitoring work progress and operational performance
- Conducting site visits and quality inspections
- Managing work orders and service requests
- Reviewing completed works and supporting documentation
- Assisting with compliance, reporting and contract administration
- Building positive stakeholder relationships
- Contributing to safe and effective maintenance operations
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have
- Experience in maintenance coordination, contractor management, property services, trades, facilities management or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
