About the Opportunity
Programmed Facility Management is seeking an experiencedWork Coordination Managerto lead the operational planning and coordination function supporting a major maintenance contract.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing work coordination teams, driving workflow efficiency, managing operational performance and ensuring service delivery outcomes are achieved. Working closely with internal stakeholders and operational leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring resources, workloads and customer expectations are effectively managed.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading and developing Team Leaders and Work Coordinators
- Managing operational workflow and resource allocation
- Monitoring service delivery performance and KPI achievement
- Driving workforce planning and workload optimisation
- Managing escalations and supporting complex operational issues
- Collaborating with operational and support teams to achieve contract outcomes
- Analysing performance data and identifying improvement opportunities
- Supporting recruitment, capability development and succession planning
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the coordination function
- Promoting a culture of safety, accountability and customer excellence

- Experience leading operational, service delivery or workforce coordination teams
- Strong people leadership and coaching capability
- Experience managing performance against operational KPIs and service levels
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
- Experience using workforce management, scheduling or work management systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data

- Experience within facilities management, maintenance or field services environments
- Experience leading large operational or contact-centre style teams
- Exposure to workforce planning and resource management
- Qualifications in Business, Operations Management or a related discipline
